Day 1 Arrival in Manali
  • Arrive in Manali and check into your hotel. Rest and acclimatize to the altitude. Explore the local market in Manali, visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, and stroll along Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 2 Manali to Jispa (145 km / 6 hours)
  • Begin your journey towards Jispa, driving through scenic Rohtang Pass. Stop at Solang Valley for adventure activities like paragliding or zorbing (optional). Continue your drive towards Jispa, a peaceful village nestled along the Bhaga River. Check-in at a guesthouse/campsite in Jispa and enjoy the serenity of the surrounding mountains. Overnight stay in Jispa.
  • Meal: Breakfast and Dinner
Day 3 Jispa to Udaypur (75 km / 3 hours)
  • After breakfast, head towards Udaypur, a small village located near Keylong. On the way, enjoy stunning views of the Himalayan ranges and the Bhaga River. Udaypur is known for its picturesque landscapes and serene atmosphere, perfect for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. Explore the local village, visit Tandi, and relax near the river. Overnight stay in Udaypur.

Day 4 Udaypur to Sissu (45 km / 2 hours)
  • After breakfast, begin your drive to Sissu, a beautiful village located in the Lahaul Valley. On the way, enjoy spectacular views of the Pir Panjal Range and Chandra River. Visit the local Sissu Monastery and take in the peaceful surroundings. Spend the rest of the day exploring the valley or simply relaxing by the riverbank. Overnight stay in Sissu.

Day 5 Sissu to Manali (90 km / 4 hours)
  • Breakfast in Sissu before driving back to Manali. On the return journey, stop at Atal Tunnel (optional) and enjoy the scenic drive through Solang Valley. Reach Manali by late afternoon, check in to your hotel, and rest. In the evening, you can visit Old Manali or indulge in shopping on Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.

What is the best time to go on this tour?

The best time to visit Punam Valley is from May to October when the weather is pleasant and the roads are open. The region experiences harsh winters with heavy snowfall, making it inaccessible from November to April.

Are adventure activities included in the tour?

Adventure activities like paragliding and zorbing are optional and can be done in Solang Valley. These are not included in the package but can be arranged at an extra cost.

How high is the altitude of the places covered in this tour?

Jispa is located at an altitude of around 3,200 meters (10,500 feet). Udaypur is at about 2,600 meters (8,500 feet). Sissu lies at around 3,100 meters (10,200 feet). Due to the altitude, we recommend acclimatization to avoid altitude sickness.
