The Chanshal Pass, or Chanshal Valley, links Dodra Kwar and Rohru (Chirgaon) in the Shimla district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Elevation of 4,520m Chanshal valley is famous for its offroad roads and majestic highrise mountain ranges. Life beyond Chanshal pass, by Steinbock, offers you the experience of what lies beyond the Chanshal pass. Tour includes the experience of the beautiful and untouched villages of Dodra and Kwar. Experience the ancient village's culture and architecture, discover their ways of life, enjoy local meals, and interact with the friendly localities. During winter the Chanshal Pass route is covered with snow and walls of ice mount alongside the road. Driving on this route is fun as well as challenging at the same time.

Start roaring your engines from Delhi to Shimla. Enjoy the views on the way. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2Shimla to Dodra/Kwar via Chanshal Pass
After breakfast head toward Dodra/Kwar. Enjoys the views along the way, passing through Theog, Gumma, Kotkhai, Kharapathar, Rohru, and Chirgaon to reach The Chanchal pass.
Winters are the perfect time to hit your heavy engines on these roads as skidding snow-covered roads will give a divine experience while cursing on heavy gears.
Feel the altitude and cherish the alluring views. from Chanshal pass. Continue toward Kwar village. Overnight stay in Kwar.

Day 3Dodra/Kwar to Rohru
After Breakfast, Head out for Kwar village sightseeing. Witness the architecture, culture, and traditions of the village. Check out the local produce of the farmers. Pack up after lunch and ride toward Rohru, Check into the hotel and enjoy your night at Rohru valley.

Day 4Rohru to Chandigarh via Chail
After breakfast, Head out to reach Chandigarh. Enjoy the views on the way. Lunch at Chail. Overnight stay in Chandighar.
